AytLeads.com provides a hands-off service to generate high-quality leads from YouTube using faceless video automation, proprietary strategies, and data-driven marketing.

2. Client Responsibilities
To enable effective delivery of our service, you agree to:
Provide requested onboarding information and materials in a timely manner
Cooperate with our team during the setup and optimization process
Adhere to platform guidelines and respect copyright laws
Failure to respond or engage within 14 days may result in paused services without refund.
3. Fees & Payment
All fees are outlined at the point of purchase or proposal and are billed in USD.
Payment is required upfront unless otherwise stated in writing.
All payments are non-refundable.
4. Results Disclaimer
We strive to deliver consistent results, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, or income. Results may vary depending on factors like niche, offer quality, and your internal sales process.
By using our service, you acknowledge that marketing results involve inherent risks and that no outcome is promised.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom content created by us (videos, copy, strategy frameworks, etc.) may be used exclusively by you for business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our content for other clients or agencies without written consent.
We reserve the right to showcase anonymized work for promotional purposes.
6. Termination & Cancellation
We reserve the right to terminate or pause services at any time due to non-payment, abusive behavior, or breach of these terms. If you wish to cancel ongoing services, written notice must be submitted to info@aytleads.com.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for completed or in-progress work.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AytLeads.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service within the previous 30 days.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of engagement, unless required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
